Sancocho

Barriga llena, corazón contento. Full belly, happy heart. Made sancocho yesterday for no reason other than I missed the smell. Ate two bowls and gave Nash some chicken from the pot and we both just sat there satisfied. Some things don't need to be complicated. You cook, you eat, you feel okay for a while.
